Creative Problem Solving Grades 6-8 (Session A)

This hands-on course will inspire students to think outside of the box. Students will be presented with problem-solving tasks that require them to work with others and utilize various materials to reach an end goal. Students will apply design concepts, explore a broad range of engineering topics, couple simple machines and mechanisms, and use basic tools to construct solutions. This course was designed to help students develop problem-solving skills and effectively tackle real-world challenges. Problems arise in all fields of engineering, science, business, and management. Learning to think on your feet is a successful tool for both students and professionals.
