The Creative Hustle brings together young creatives of all disciplines (advertising, marketing, drama, graphic design, fashion design, product design, film & TV, photography, media and journo, arts, tech, radio music & architecture) from an ethnic minority background for drinks, good times and original talks from ethnic minority leaders in the creative sector.
Our aim is to help young creatives learn, network and grow together. Speakers are urged to share candidly about their work, career and distinct perspectives on the industry.

Renee Davis @NayOTB : Renée is a full-time journalist and founder of Out The Box – a online hub for young creatives and entrepreneurs. Renée has a passion to see young people thrive, and her aim is to inspire and equip this and the next generation of young creatives and entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams and passions.
Indy Selvarajah @IndySelvarajah : Indy is an advertising creative who has led creative campaigns for clients including Turner Prize, Tate, Sky Sports, Center Parcs, Museum of London, Beat Bullying, Cancer UK & Christian Aid. Indy recently founded the initative ‘8’ – increasing the number from ethnic minorities in adland.
Bola Agbaje @BolaAgbaje : Bola is an Olivier Award winning British playwright/screenwriter. Bola’s first play GONE TOO FAR! was turned into a screenplay adaptation in 2014, her writing has been presented by the Royal Court Theatre, ATC, Hampstead Theatre, Soho Theatre, Young Vic & Talawa to name a few.
Samuel Mensah @smbstudios: Samuel is a visual creative who has worked on global creative campaigns with Nike Football, Running, Training & Basketball. Samuel is also the founder and creative director of creative organization and digital platform, Youth Worldwide.
