About this event
STAY TUNED FOR THE NEXT GATHERING.
Calling caregivers everywhere! Find sanctuary and a community of caregivers as we celebrate and reflect upon the resilience and hardship of caregiving through music, movement, mindfulness and self-expression.
Led by a registered nurse and professional artists, each workshop will guide you through artistic experiences and moments for deep reflection. Join us on the last Tuesday of every month to nurture yourself with self-compassion and creative joy in the midst of an extremely difficult season.
Designed to build emotional resilience and prevent burnout, this series offers a safe space to honor the sacred gift of caring for ourselves as we care for others.
Who is this workshop for? This experience is open to all who consider themselves a caregiver.
Access is important to us! A limited number of free spots are available for each monthly workshop. If you are unable to pay for a ticket, please contact Tara Rynders at theclinicperformance (at) gmail (dot) com to inquire about a complimentary ticket.
