About this event
Watercolor artist Susan Maakestad will teach this six week course at Memphis Brooks Museum of Art. Participants will learn watercolor history, varying methods of applying watercolor to paper, and will create their own watercolor paintings.
The class will meet on Thursdays from 1:30-3:30 on the following dates: 1.26, 2.2, 2.9, 2.16, 2.23, 3.2. Supplies provided.
This FREE course for people 65+ is offered in partnership with Memphis Brooks Museum of Art and supported by a grant from the Tennessee Arts Commission.
