If you've never played a piano but always wanted to then this is the course for you! Join musician Stephen Lee of Memphis Jazz Workshop for this eight-week course. Participants will learn the beginning basics of reading and playing music on the piano.
This course is being held at the new Memphis Music Room at 5770 Shelby Oaks Dr. (formerly the Shriner Building). Classes will occur on Tuesdays from 10:15-11:15 for 8 weeks: 4.11, 4.18, 4.25, 5.2, 5.9, 5.16, 5.23, 5.30.
This FREE class is offered by Creative Aging and is for Shelby County, Tennessee residents age 65+. Thank you to the Tennessee Arts Commission for their support of community arts education!
