Thanks so much for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at Creation Northeast 2017! Each year, the exhibit area provides a rich variety of apparel, merchandise, Christian education information and ministry opportunities.
A few things to note:
• Each booth space purchased comes with two (2) total event tickets to Creation Northeast at no additional cost.
• Our booth sizes are either 8X8 or 8X10. Yes, we are pretty strict on this, so please don't try to rent an 8X8 space with the thought of using a 10X10 pop-up tent for selling. It won't work, so please save yourself the frustration. The space you are given is empty for you to fill as you please...within the boundaries!
• The exhibitors are typically located in 2-3 covered structures (all side by side) within the main stage arena area, directly opposite the main stage.
• You may bring your own chairs and tables if you'd like. You do not have to rent ours, but we are happy to accommodate if you don't have room to travel with them.
• Paying for your booth space will in essence be the submission of your application. Each submission needs to then be reviewed for final approval and acceptance. Submitting this does not guarantee your acceptance. Please be sure to email a link or pictures of what you'll be representing at Creation Northeast 2017 to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to have your application approved.
• The Payment Plan option is available for exhibitors! Just select "Monthly payments with Affirm" as the payment type during the check-out process and pay your booth fees over the next few months!
