Event description

Description

Creating Safe Spaces 2.0: Community & Culture.

Join The Asian/Pacific Islander Domestic Violence Resource Project (A/PI DVRP) for a community panel around LGBTQ inclusion, and what creating "safe spaces" means in 2019:

How do we take the idea of creating safe spaces and make it inclusive of intersecting aspects of A/PI and LGBTQ, so that we are representative of people in their multitude of expressions and identities?

This event is open to the public, and will feature a panel of 5 guests (guests to be announced shortly!). We strive to make this as inclusive a space as possible, so for any accessibility needs please contact lauren@dvrp.org.

There will be light refreshments provided, and our panel will start promptly at 7:00 PM.
