Event description
Want to learn how to run a kickass queer youth event? Or start up your own LGBTQIA+ youth ball, dance party or social day.

About this Event

Rainbow Network and Minus18 are teaming up to give you the tips and tricks to create fun, safe and inclusive spaces for the young people within your networks!

Come and learn about the importance of access and inclusion with a presentation from the CEO of Minus18 - Micah Scott.

Develop skills to make your queer youth space safer for QTIPoC youth with talks from the Producer of Cocoa Butter Club Melbourne - Dani Weber.

And hear from a panel of queer young people who have attended and volunteered at the Minus18 Queer Youth Formal!

You will also hear from youth groups and services from all over Victoria who will share their learnings throughout the afternoon.

The event is totally free - just book in to secure your spot!

Look forward to seeing you all and helping us all to create more LGBTQIA+ youth events around Victoria!
