Quality is something your customer desires and you want to offer. We often hear advertisements claiming "Offering Quality Service for over 20 years!" But what does quality really mean when it comes to a small business?

This customer service focused webinar will take a different approach to defining quality. Learn how to apply new concepts to shape your business model so you can truly offer quality service in the eyes of your customers.

About the presenter
Eric Giltner is a Senior Area Manager for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). In this role, Eric trains and connects entrepreneurs and small business owners with the services they need to confidently start, grow, and expand their businesses. He frequently presents workshops and online webinars. Eric also writes about small business topics for the SBA’s North Dakota District Office newsletter, Dakota Business, and often shares business tips Thursday mornings on KNOX Radio. Eric also works with SBA resource partners, chambers, economic developers, and lenders to support entrepreneurship in North Dakota. He received his B.S. Degree in Geological Engineering and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. Eric can be reached at eric.giltner@sba.gov.
