Description

Creating J.O.Y. In the Workplace

A workshop for Millennials and the People Who Manage Them

Are you having trouble connecting with your boss? Do you feel like your point of view isn’t being respected or heard? Are you having trouble communicating with your employees, or getting the results you had hoped for? If your answer is YES to any of these questions, this workshop is for YOU!

So what does J.O.Y stand for? It’s an environment that is a:

Judgement free zone, where everyone

Owns their behavior, and

Yearns to overcome current circumstances

I think we can agree that every environment could use a bit more JOY!

So if you are a millennial professional who is looking for a better and more enjoyable way to navigate your current work environment, or if you are a GenEx or Boomer manager who wants to know how to better manage and lead your younger team, come this workshop, where you can receive some tools that can work for everyone!

Date: Tuesday, September 26th

Time: 5:30-8:30p.m.

Location: Bexley Public Library Auditorium

Cost: Free

*Please arrive at 5:30p.m., for registration, refreshments and networking/mingling. The workshop starts at 6p.m.
