Chatbots and voice assistants are two fast growing markets in digital storytelling. But writing a game, or a story, in the form of a conversation is a totally new skill to have.

How are voice recognition and AI (Artificial Intellinge) changing storytelling? What skills do you need to thrive in such market and how creative can you be?

Tom Hewitson is a freelance conversation designer that has created chatbots and voice assistants for some of the world's most iconic brands. Having trained as a journalist, and worked for the Daily Telegraph and Facebook, he is now head of his own company and quickly conquerring a market that is expanding extremely quickly.

DisLAb has asked Tom Hewitson to show us what he is working on for Amazon Alexa and to introduce us to this fascinating new type of conversational storytelling.
