Basic class – This class will teach you how to set up your camera, capture video, download files and prepare to edit. You will also work on creative use of motion capture and framing your shots. Concentration on techniques for storytelling. This class is perfect for intermediate or advanced still photographers.
Requirements: High-end Canon DSLR, Nikon DSLR or Sony A7 series camera system. No point-and-shoot cameras. Video capabilites must include 1080p filming.
Snehal Patel’s Bio:
Snehal Patel is a filmmaker, technologist and instructor that started the first Canon Bootcamp in Los Angeles during the Canon 5D DSLR craze of 2009. With over twenty years of experience filming video and film, Snehal brings practical real-world experience to his classes. He has worked professionally as a freelance DP and Director, was a camera salesperson at ARRI and currently works as the Sales Manager for Cine at Zeiss.
