Event description

Description

Many nonprofits are born out of the passion and vision of a founder. But, for your nonprofit to flourish beyond the tireless dedication of that founder, for it to mature and live on no matter who is in the driver’s seat, you need to create a thoughtful, realistic organizational plan. Not just one plan, but several. Unfortunately, after hours of group effort, many small nonprofit plans collect dust. You need to complete tasks in the plans you create. That takes planned structure and discipline. We’ll speed through the basics of good planning and introduce several formats and tools to explore later that may help you build and work your plans. We’ll send you on your way with next steps you plan to take!

Presented by Anne Hudson.

Made possible by The Indianapolis Foundation Library Fund and The Emily Fund through grants to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.
