Creating and Using the School-Age Program Environment
Participants will learn how to appropriately use indoor- and outdoor-space to provide a quality environment where children feel comfortable physically and emotionally.
- Learn how to organize indoor and outdoor areas to support a variety of activities;
- Create and implement a schedule and routines to meet children's developmental and individual needs;
- Understand what materials and equipment are needed for a quality outdoor environment.
