Participate with top-level executives from global food companies, industry and regulatory peers, and current Online Masters of Science in Food Safety (MSFS) graduate students at the on-campus Creating A Food Safety Culture Executive Education.

The program includes two days of sessions facilitated by Frank Yiannas, Food Safety Expert and Adjunct Faculty in the Online MSFS Program at MSU. The program also includes a dynamic lecture by guest speaker William "Bill" Marler, Managing Partner, Marler Clark LLP PS.

Registration Cost Information:

Executive Education Cost $3,200

Non-Profit/Alumni Cost $2,200 *Must work for a non-profit organization or be an Alumni of the MSU Online Food Safety Program to receive this rate*

Registration Includes:

All planned meals and overnight accommodations (the nights of June 13, 14, and 15 only). 

  • Tuesday, June 13 (evening start time TBD): Welcome reception with Frank Yiannas.
  • Wednesday, June 14: Breakfast at the hotel followed by all day session with Frank Yiannas (lunch included). Evening presentation by guest lecturer Bill Marler J.D., dinner/tour of the internationally renowned Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum.
  • Thursday, June 15: Breakfast at the hotel followed by all day session with Frank Yiannas (lunch included). Evening dinner/entertainment at the Breslin Center.

Cancellation Fee:

There will be a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations after May 22nd will increase to $400.

Michigan State University’s Online Food Safety program strives to educate professionals on how to make global food systems safe and supports individuals as they advance in food safety-related careers. The program consists of an online Master of Science in Food Safety degree, non-credit continuing education courses and an on-campus executive education program.
