Join a powerhouse of speakers and presenters that will EMPOWER you to fulfill your greatest purpose by implementing proper nutrition, movement you love and ultimate self-care. By practicing love and respect for your body, mind and spirit you CAN live in full integrity and accomplish your dreams.
Create Your Vision is sponsored by Washington Women in Need (WWIN), a local non-profit that provides health and education grants to low-income women in Washington to help them improve their lives. 10% of the proceeds from the event will go to WWIN. By attending, you will not only gain inspiration and tools to fullfill your greatest life, but you will help other women in our community have a clear path in which to achieve their desired potential and enrich their world.
8:00-9:00am: Registration and vendor visiting
9:00-10:00am: Welcome, introductions and creating YOUR vision from your hosts: Jill Nichols-Hicks, Tammy Wilson Smith, Kristin Hirano and Jennifer Soames.
10:00-10:45am: Cathy Waidelich, BS, MS, of LegacyCaring and LegacySuccess Academy and contributing author to Jack Canfield's book, The Road to Success, will enlighten you with her talk, Life's Challenges: A guide to Understanding Our Life's Purpose and Global Compassion.
11:00-11:45am First Break Out (smaller group) Session with your choice between:
b) Anne M. Jess, MA with The Doodle Biz will help you identify your mental blocks and limiting beliefs so you can experience breakthroughs that lead to better habits. Anne will bring her passion for leveraging sensitivity, intention and creativity to facilitate you in creating your own life changes.
11:45-1:00pm Gourmet lunch (included with your ticket) with healthy, local, organic and delicious food.
Mingle, visit the vendors and enjoy fun lunchtime activities.
1:00-1:45pm Stacy Fisher-Gunn, RDN, CD, CDE, CHWC, with Living Upp will be talking with you about the importance self-care, what that actually means, and sharing with you personal self-care practices that are fun, affordable, practical, and sometimes a little unusual.
2:00-2:45pm Second Break Out Session with your choice between:
a) Pauline Osborne, RN, MN with Moving to Heal, LLC will get you out of your head and into your body with an introduction to Nia. Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that leads to health, wellness and fitness. Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes - body. Nia empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Every experience can be adapted to individual needs and abilities. Step into your own joyful journey with Nia, and positively shape the way you feel, look, think and live.
b) En-May Mangels, NLP, EFT Certified Level II, Minister, Empath and Inspirationist, will share with you How to Turn UP your Own Intuition. Your 4 main intuitive pathways process information differently. Find your intuitive strengths with games and techniques for better self confidence. Learn to source and trust your intuition.
3:00-3:45pm Brenda Reiss, Radical Forgiveness Coach with Brenda Reiss Coaching will share a powerful talk called Discover the Magic Keys to Your Heart and Forgive Forever: When you discover and use the keys to forgiveness, you release yourself from...not feeling good enough, feeling stuck and feeling less than. It is possible for you to create “a way of being” through forgiveness that totally sets you free.
