Event description

Description

In a time of constant change, especially for Feds, it helps to have practical tools to stay engaged and resilient, so you can focus on the mission and on serving the American people. We've gathered a dream team of experts from across the federal government--DOD, ED, HHS/NIH/NCI, IRS, and VA--to give you the tools you need to sustain and build engagement and resilience during times of transition.

Learn practical tools and best practices based on years of experience and targeted to the "Fed in the street" and leave with ideas you can implement for yourself or your team immediately. Supervisors and managers will also find these helpful as ways to demonstrate action and accountability on improving engagement, but these tools can be utilized by anyone at any level. You'll also have the chance to ask questions and to meet Feds with similar challenges from across the government.

Young Government Leaders has coordinated with SMEs from several federal agencies to organize this event, which will be valuable to Feds who've never experienced a Presidential transition as well as Feds who've seen many changes.

Please register to attend in person by January 23rd, or via webinar by January 30th. Webinar information will be shared with attendees before the event.
