Create your own Buddhist Mandala
Nowadays people had found mindfulness and peace thanks to Mandala coloring. This is an opportunity to create your own Mandala under the guidance of an experienced Tibetan Monk!
The word Mandala (pronunciation mon-dah-lah) means “circle”. A Mandala is a representation of the Universe and once done it becomes a powerful meditation and healing tool.
Creating your own Mandala is a journey in itself, it reflects how you relate to life and it is a mediation in itself. Every little trait and color has a special significance.
