Doors will open at 6:30pm with the workshop starting at 7pm sharp. Please ensure you arrive ahead of the workshop starting time.

No prior experience is necessary! This workshop is designed to meet you where you're at and provide tools that are effective whether you're a beginner or already on your journey to a better you.

Should I bring anything?

You'll be provided with materials to write and reflect on your goals, however feel free to bring a notebook and pen to make additional notes and write down your ideas.

Can I attend if I don't know what goals I want to achieve in 2025 or don't have specific goals?

Yes absolutely! This workshop is designed to meet you where you're at. We'll start by uncovering our goals or simply how we want to feel, so this can be a good chance for you to reflect on what that means for you if you don't have something specific you want to achieve.
