Description

CREATE INNER HARMONY TO BE YOUR BEST

This work life balance workshop is designed to help you recognize and measure your own sense of inner harmony, the engine that allows you to apply your best in all aspects of your life. We’ll explore the root cause of stress, the effects of stress on decision making and our health and the 5 core elements of personal harmony. You will walk away with an understanding of your own sense of harmony and tangible countermeasures to get you back on track should you need to!

This workshop is led by Paul Jones of the Creative Center for Leadership (CCL). Paul's work history includes 25 years as a successful trainer, coach and management consultant. His specialty is driving business results through the integration of people and business strategies at all levels: organization, team, individual. Paul has a proven track record of success with public, private, government and not for profit organizations. He has consulted with organizations in the design and development of programs and services to assist with bench strength, critical individual career transitions, organizational development, and the development of high performance teams.

We recommend you arrive early, seating is first come, first serve.
