TIME AND PLACE OF MEETING

Tuesday, October 23, 2018, immediately following lunch (approx. 12:45 pm EDT) at the Turner Agri-Civic Center, 2250 NE Roan St., Arcadia, Florida 34266 in Exhibit Hall. Those unable to attend in person can participate by using ZOOM conferencing. (Instructions Follow)

MEETING DETAILS

Please join us for the CRDF Board of Directors meeting at 10 am on October 23, 2018, followed by lunch.

Following lunch, presentations will be made by:

Dr. Ute Albrecht, UF/IFAS, SWFREC, Immokalee – “Metabolomic profiling to accelerate development of HLB tolerant rootstocks.”

Dr. Tripti Vashisth and Dr. Jude Grosser, UF/IFAS, CREC, Lake Alfred – “Understanding the interaction of rootstocks and nutrition to enhance the profitability of citrus plantings in HLB-endemic areas.”

The purpose of these presentations and discussion is to provide growers with an opportunity to learn about ongoing research and to discuss this work with the researchers.
