Event description

Description

Congo Renaissance Breath Corporation (CRBC)

Congolese residents in Middle Tennessee are planning for the celebration of our Independence
which will take place on Saturday, June 29th at the Global Event Center in the Global Mall in Antioch.
The purpose of this event is to celebrate the 59th anniversary of independence of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) - June 30, 1960. It is also the very first event organized by Congo Renaissance Breath Corporation (CRBC), dedicated to raising funds to help fight Ebola, HIV and Malaria. In addition, this fundraising will also help victims of war - especially women and children - in the DRC.Our goal is to raise $250,000.00.
The CONGO RENAISSANCE BREATH CORPORATION (CRBC) is non-profit and lobby corporation in the USA dedicated to the restoration of the culture of excellence in the DRC from its citizens to its national institutions. Re-building a “new Congolese” is the focus of the CRBC’s mission, as articulated along three main axes: Restoration of Congolese Human dignity, Education and Meritocracy. The advancement of Congolese citizenship in its holistic dimension will definitely ameliorate the quality of our relationship with the American public and consolidate a mutual respect in our interactions. The CRBC encourages Congolese who show proof of excellence in their areas of competence, in the USA and the DRC.

The promotion of a Congolese Renaissance is the locomotive for building the future of the DRC.

Our keynote speaker for this event is Dr. Stellor Nlandu Khodo, Nephrologist and Head of Zurich Institute of Physiology, Zurich, Geneva – principal founder of CRBC.

Tickets are $25. You are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance online at Eventbrite and on our website www.crbcorpo.org. Proceeds from this fundraising will be used to fund:
