The lineup includes:
Sid Iyer is an "up-and-coming star" at just twenty years old, performing alongside and opening for major comedians including Maz Jobrani (Netflix Comedy Special, CBS), Samuel J. Comroe (2018 America’s Got Talent Finalist, Conan), Sammy Obeid (Conan, NBC), K-von (MTV), and Kabir Singh (Comedy Central, Family Guy, NBC). Sid has been tearing up the comedy scene in the San Francisco Bay Area, performing at every major comedy club within just the first four months of his stand-up career (SF Punchline, Cobb's, San Jose Improv, Tommy T's, Rooster T. Feathers). He is also an accomplished filmmaker and has won multiple awards from the California College Media Association and a San Jose film festival.
Kevin Wong is a Bay Area comic that performed at his first open mic at Tommy T's in 2010. In 2014, Kevin started a weekly show, producing and hosting The Secret Show: a Night of Stand-Up Comedy at The Swingin' Door in San Mateo, California. In 2016, he expanded his comedy reach, adding two new Bay Area shows: Comedians@RedRock - at Red Rock Coffee in Mountain View and Comedians@Rail - at Rail Club (formerly Carlos Club) in San Carlos. He also launched a solo podcast, aptly named The Podcast. Twice a week, he speaks candidly on topical issues, finding humor in life's lessons.
Helen Chu is a rising star comedian in the Bay Area. An Albany native, Helen went down the traditional path to entertainment stardom by majoring in mechanical engineering and delivering funny presentations about fluid dynamics. There is nothing fluid about Helen's humor though - she's mostly on fire at shows, except when it's dead. There has never been a flood.
Vilaska Nguyen is a public defender by day and comedian and actor by night. He's appeared in local and national television commercials, and for the past several years, he's performed stand-up at Cobb's Comedy, Punchline SF, Crazy Funny Asians, and was recently featured at the Kearny Street Workshop's APAture Festival in the Asian Art Museum. His comedy touches upon the immigrant experience, being a father, and the absurd injustices of the criminal justice system.
No drink or food minimum! The show is recommended for adults ages 18+, although parents may bring children at their own discretion.
EARLY BIRD ENDS 1/13!!!
Show is SOLD OUT!!!
