Bryn McCoy, co-founder of Citizen Made, software engineer and product designer, she is the epitome of a maker. Whether it’s innovative software for the likes of IDEO and BMW, illustration and animation for lovable brand identity, art projects with her young children, or VJ gigs with Chicago's indie bands, there is never a moment when Bryn isn’t working with ideas and artifacts, or found sketching with a notebook in tow. From working with a Silicon Valley network infrastructure startup through nine years of development in her design studio, she masterfully makes information beautiful from just a spark of imagination.

In her role as the COO, Una makes sure that 1871 daily operations run smoothly and effectively, and that 1871 is a strong launchpad for amazing content, ideas exchanges and relationship building. On the front end, this includes regularly connecting hundreds of startups with mentors, advisors and investors, and collaborating with partners to launch initiatives that grow and promote the startup community. On the back end, this means building a strong operational and managerial platform that supports hundreds of members having an amazing place to work and learn each day. Una holds MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Tricia has been selected for various honors and awards throughout her career, including being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyer's magazine and being selected as Top Corporate Counsel by First Chair.
