Description

Learn about trees, plants, and gardening in Florida during a two-day seminar (October 13, 2017 & October 27, 2017) for newcomers and those wanting to learn more. Notebooks, refreshments and plenty of garden material will be given away to participants. Classes will contain information on Florida Friendly plants, annuals, perennials, attracting wildlife, trees, shrubs, vegetables, turfgrass, palms and fruit trees. Appropriate watering and fertilization methods will be discussed as well as proper pruning and plant selection.

Registration fee is is $50 per person to attend both classes. This class is limited to 25 participants. Pre-registration
is required along with the non-refundable class registration fee. All ticket sales are final, no refunds. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please visit our office at 2800 NE 39 Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32609 from Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, please call 352-955-2402 first to see if tickets are still available for purchase.

Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees have not registered. If a class is canceled you will receive a notification, and a refund confirmation to the email that is provided during the registration process.
