We will learn how to make cheese and yogurt too - using nuts & seeds.

Herbed 'Swiss-like' cheese
Pine nut Parmesan
Mini vegan pizzas (gf)
Sunflower seed milk
We will learn recipes to feature the cheeses we make, and various serving options.
Completely plant-based, soy free, and mostly raw.
Simple recipes, simple ingredients, delicious flavors.
You will learn great recipes, make them from scratch,
and of course- taste them!
