Description

What if……You could measure and manage Organizational Culture as effectively as other business transformation efforts

In today's VUCA world, change is not a one-off phenomenon. It is constant, continuous and pervasive. Transformation is permeating all layers of business, touching products, process, business models with ever increasing speed and complexity.

While the trigger, target and process of transformation might reflect different levels of maturity and aspiration (depending on industry, individual company strategy, market, business model etc.), they all share one common challenge – the Oorganizational Culture. Yet, Culture often gets overlooked.

Organizations must decide how to address this challenge. Do they want to accept their current Culture as an inhibitor to their ability to change and deliver results? Or, do they want to actively build a Culture that enables an ongoing transformation, sustainable performance and help become better businesses?.

How to make the Culture Shift happen in Business Transformation - Ralf Schneider, an expert on Culture and Leadership with more than 25 years of experience will share his perspetives in this stimulating and interactive Business Excellence Network (BEN) session facilitated by Chander Nagpal.
