Join us at HubSpot’s EMEA HQ on Thursday May 30th for ‘Cracking Inclusion’.

HubSpot is on a mission to become more inclusive and diverse and in doing so we're on a mission to Help millions of organisations to grow better.

In EMEA, we're creating quarterly opportunities to learn from others and share our thoughts and hopes for the future of diversity, inclusion and belonging at HubSpot and beyond.

To wrap up Mental Health awareness month this May, HubSpot's 'Cracking Inclusion' event will focus solely on Mental Health and how we can be more inclusive and empathetic at work towards all employees.

Meet our panel:

Kate Moran- Moderator, EMEA Culture Program Manager, Hubspot

Kate Moran is HubSpot's EMEA Culture Program Manager. Kate's job is to create a remarkable experience for employees that make HubSpot one of the best places to work in the world.

Kate worked previously in St. Patrick's Mental Health Services for 5 years leading their 'Walk in my Shoes' campaign. During this time, Kate spoke publicly to more than 30,000 students and led a fundraising team who generated more than 1 million euros to raise awareness of mental health nationwide. As a result, Kate is passionate about promoting positive mental heath and well-being at HubSpot. In 2018, Kate trained to become one of HubSpot's Global trainers for 'The Energy Project' which helps employees manage their energy at work and at home.

Carole Ann Clarke, CEO of IAmHere

As part of the IAmHere Programme, Carole Ann works with clients to aid their culture development and purpose led vision from Leadership Coaching to change management,, Purpose &Philanthropy, Resilience coaching and Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy. She also works with individuals with life long physical and mental health issues to help them thrive successfully in the. workplace or creating new careers.

Carole Ann is also an Avid Sports person, having captained the Irish Women’s Rugby team for several years, an interprovincial hockey player and Senior footballer. Carole Ann has also completed an all female charity expedition to the Arctic in 2018 and set up a new Touch Rugby Club. She coaches Rugby in her free time.

Dil Wickremasinghe, Mental Health Service Provider & Trainee Psychotherapist & Counsellor

She wear many hats... mental health service provider, trainee psychotherapist & counsellor, broadcaster, activist, trainer... just to mention a few but behind it all she is just a human being who wants to leave the world a better place than when she found it.

It all started when she was very young, she was forced to grow up too soon. Dil experienced injustice, struggled against prejudice and had to overcome great adversity to get where she is today. Dil worked very hard and been very fortunate but has never forgotten her past. Dil dedicated her life to raising awareness, breaking down prejudice and stigma around equality, inclusion and mental health.

Specialties: Mental Health service provider, Broadcaster, Journalist, Radio Documentary maker, activist, actor, stand up comedian.
Trainer in Mental Health, Diversity and Equality, Disability, Dignity in the workplace, Personal Development, CV Writing and Interview Skills.

Sean Allman, EMEA Product Trainer, HubSpot

Sean's day at HubSpot sees him delivering 'Foundations Training' for all HubSpot new hires to set them up for success. Sean and HubSpot's Learning and Development Team work hard to create an exceptional onboarding experience for employees.

Sean is an acitve member of HubSpot's LGBTQ+ alliance and a member of HubSpot's Mental Health group 'MindSpot' which promotes positive mental health at work. Sean is passionate about promoting inclusion at work and is a key member of HubSpot EMEA People Operations Team.

Donal Scanlan, The Mental Health First Aid Ireland Manager

Donal has been working and studying as a professional in the area of mental health and well-being for 20 years. He leads the team at MHFA Ireland to who brings mental health training to communities and workplaces all over Ireland.

Donal is an occasional contributor to digital, television and print media, often speaking publicly on mental health at conferences, schools, colleges and the corporate world and has guest lectured at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and University College Ireland. Most recently he was a guest speaker at the Oireachtas Forum on Mental Health and the Garda Commissioners Conference.

In his personal life he can be found supporting many national mental health campaigns, supporting Leinster Rugby, nurturing and feeding his love of coffee, and with what’s left he spends time with his 3 kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats and a goldfish called Stevie (Nicks).


6.00 PM - 6:30 PM: Registration (reception) , refreshments & chat

6:30 PM - 6:40 PM: Welcome by Kate Moran- EMEA Culture Program Manager

6:40 PM - 7.30 PM: Panel discussion followed by Q&A

7.30 PM - 9.00 PM: Food, drinks and networking.


  • When should I arrive? We'll be kicking off at 6:30, so arrive any time after 6:00 to grab a drink and meet awesome people

  • Where do I go once I arrive? Reception is on the ground floor, collect your name tag at reception to your right

  • Is there car parking available? There are limited spaces available at the National College of Ireland. However, we'd recommend taking public transport where possible. The LUAS stop at Mayor Square is a 1 minute walk from our office
