Doors Open at 5:30PM for Cocktails, Mingling and Silent Auction Bidding

Dinner Served at 7PM including Live Auction and other fun games revealed during the evening.

There are several types of tickets and sponsorship table levels. Pick the one that suits you most. Also, if you are not able to join us, or live outside the area and would like to partner with us in support of the band, donations can be made directly to EBSO.

ALUMNI - Special recognition tickets for individuals who no longer have student or participating in the band. This ticket sale ends 2/15/17

ALUMNI TABLE - table for 8 individuals who are all Alumni as described as individuals who no longer have student(s) or are participating in band. includes 2 drink tickets per person. This ticket sale ends 2/15/17.

DIAMOND TABLE - 2 TABLES, 6 BOTTLES PREMIUM WINE

Diamond Sponsorship is our most prestigious level. For this generous donation you receive a more private setting and two tables for 8 (each) in our premier seating section including 3 bottles of premium wine (per table), printed program acknowledgement and announcement during the event expressing our gratitude for your generosity and support. FAQs:

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes, this is a 21 and over event. Alcoholic beverages will be served and the ABC regulations are strictly enforced.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

ABC Liquor laws does not allow guests to bring own or outside alcohol or alcoholic beverages. Beverages of all varieties will be served and available for purchase...and contributes to the fundraiser!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It is recommended. In the event you have lost your ticket, your email confirmation will suffice and we will have a registration list at check-in time.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of this being a fundraising event, refunds will not be accommodated.
