Total Cost of Care Symposium

CQC invites you to join us for a 1-day session offering a deep dive into managing total cost of care. The Symposium will include sessions designed to highlight promising practices and the experience of provider organizations and other delivery system partners. Sessions will include:

  • What total cost of care looks like under different risk sharing models; several provider organizations will share their story.
  • Elements of successful partnerships between hospitals, health plans and groups.
  • Approaches to identifying high and rising risk populations, including predictive analytics.
  • Roundtables to hear more from your peers about the most challenging issues in managing total cost of care, including addressing social determinants of health, effective models for care management, risk stratification, working with downstream partners, and more.   

This session is designed for senior leaders of organizations across the delivery system, including health plans, provider organizations and community partners, who want to understand more about managing total cost of care and the experience of various California organizations on their journey to balance cost, utilization and quality concerns.
