CPR/AED/First Aid Course (April 8, 2017)

Georgetown Emergency Response Medical Service (GERMS) is offering a combined course that teaches CPR/AED and First Aid. The CPR/AED component of the course teaches the basic skills needed to perform properly CPR and use an AED for adults, children and infants. The First Aid component of the course covers how to deal with various medical emergencies such as allergic reactions, stroke, and hypoglycemia. Additionally, this course covers how to treat and care for injuries such as bleeding and head trauma and how to deal with conscious and unconscious choking for people of all ages.
CPR/AED/First Aid Course (4 hours)
Georgetown Students, Faculty, and Staff: $50*
Community Members: $60
*Georgetown Affiliates must show GU ID at the start of class.
**Payment must be completed online and participant must show proof of purchase with EventBrite confirmation ticket in order to take the class. No requests for refunds will be accepted if you cannot attend the course.
