About this event

This is a First Aid CPR/AED course open to the community. Successful completion of this course earns a nationally recognized certification valid for two years. This is not a Healthcare Provider course. If you need BLS Healthcare Provider certification or have questions, please contact us.

First Aid (including scene safety, finding the problem, calling for help and more)

  • Medical emergencies (including actions for choking, breathing problems, shock and more)
  • Injury emergencies (including actions for bleeding, broken bones, burns and more)
  • Environmental emergencies (including actions for bites and stings, and temperature-related and poison emergencies)

CPR/AED (Automatic External Defibrillator)

  • Adult CPR/AED is the basic training provided in the course, fee includes the optional modules child CPR/AED, and infant CPR (includes child and infant choking)
