This training is for people who have previously been certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention. This is an overview of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Principles in order to create a safe and caring classroom.
Please wear comfortable clothing for personal safety techniques practice.

In order to receive the CCSELPA registration rate, you must work for, with or within one of the Contra Costa SELPA member LEAs: Acalanes, Antioch, Brentwood, Byron, Canyon, Contra Costa County Office of Education, John Swett, Knightsen, Lafayette, Liberty, Martinez, Moraga, Oakley, Orinda, Pittsburg and Walnut Creek.
Workshops may reach capacity early or be cancelled due to a lack of registration. Please register early to guarantee your spot.
If the workshop is cancelled by Contra Costa SELPA, enrollees will be notified in advance and will obtain a full refund. Seventy-two hour cancellation notice by the partcipant is required to receive a refund of event fees, unless otherwise noted; substitutions are welcome, please call in advance.
