Passed on March 18, 2020, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) takes effect on April 2, 2020, and provides for two sources of paid leave for employees in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Stacey will cover how the FFCRA could help employees and impact your business operations.

Why Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) is important to you*:

• It “requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19."[1]
