Are you interested in developing a healthier and more meaningful life while managing the pandemic?

About this event

Research has consistently supported the benefits of practicing gratitude in enhancing mental, emotional and physical well-being. Join us for this one hour workshop to explore ways that you can develop and integrate a gratitude practice into your daily life. Facilitators will provide support, encouragement and opportunities for interaction in finding ways to promote wellness and recovery through gratitude.
