Vaccinations are no-cost and available to all current eligible groups regardless of health insurance or immigration status. This event is for Napa County residents age 18+ or those who work in Napa County in agriculture and/or food services. You must pre-register for this clinic, even if you registered elsewhere. No drop-ins. If you are eligible, book your appointment by clicking the REGISTER button. Appointment Logistics: • Attendance is by appointment only, available through pre-registration. Sorry no drop-ins! • Individuals who did not pre-register, or do not meet the guidelines of this clinic, will be turned away. • You must bring: some form of ID to confirm your age (18 and older in 2021) and that you live or work in Napa County (Driver’s License, utility bill, paystub, etc.). • Appointment arrival - Please check your scheduled time. • Park in the College parking lot, then proceed to the main entrance to line up. • Wear your face covering and maintain social distancing of 6’ at all times. • Be comfortable! Waiting areas are outdoors, please dress accordingly. • Be prepared to wait for approximately 30 – 45 minutes. prior to receiving the vaccine. A 15-minute observation period is required after the vaccination (to monitor for adverse reaction).

Who is eligible?

A) You must be within the current State of California’s approved status of the COVID-19 vaccine guidelines of 18 and over, or a member of another eligible group in the current tier structure.

B) You must live or work in Napa County. Those attending this clinic will be asked to show a form of ID to verify age and address (residence or employment).

C) You must pre-register for this clinic, even if you registered elsewhere. No drop-ins.

Vaccination Clinic - When and Where:

Time: (an appointment is required through pre-registration)

Location: Upper Napa Valley College, 1088 College Avenue, St. Helena, 94574

Appointment Logistics:

• Individuals who did not pre-register, or do not meet the guidelines of this clinic, will be turned away.

• You must bring: some form of ID to confirm your age (18 and older in 2021), or proof of employment in an eligible industry and that you live or work in Napa County (Driver’s License, utility bill, paystub, etc.).

• Appointment arrival - Please check your scheduled time and arrive on time. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Park in the College parking lot, then proceed to the main entrance to line up.

• Wear your face covering and maintain social distancing of 6’ at all times.

• Be comfortable! Waiting areas are outdoors, please dress accordingly.

• Be prepared to wait for approximately 15-30 minutes prior to receiving the vaccine. A 15-minute observation period is also required after the vaccination (to monitor for adverse reaction). Please remember to eat breakfast/lunch and hydrate before your vaccine.

• Wear a loose fitting or short-sleeved shirt to make it comfortable for you to receive your shot in a public area.

• Our Adventist Health Team and community volunteers are friendly, professional, and efficient, and the line moves fast.

Your second Moderna dose will be scheduled approximately 28 days from your first, based on vaccine availability. You will receive an email notification of your second shot about 3-5 days in advance of your second appointment.
