Attorneys from Jones Walker’s real estate team will discuss some of the different issues facing landlords and tenants as a result of COVID-19, including rent deferment and abatement, force majeure, and remote notary services. They will also look ahead to additional changes that can be expected, such as changes to how contracts will be written going forward.
