COVID-19 Booster and Flu Vaccine Clinics

There are four dates and locations to choose from. Masks are required at all Cascadia locations. Please bring your photo ID and your vaccine card, if you have it.

Friday, November 4, 2-4 p.m. | Plaza Health Center (4212 SE Division St., Portland) | Medical RV in clinic parking lot

Monday, November 7, 3-6 p.m. | Garlington Health Center (3036 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd., Portland) | Health Education Room

Wednesday, November 9, noon–2 p.m. | Cascadia Health Admin Building (Lloyd Corporate Plaza, 847 NE 19th Ave., Portland) | Medical RV in Parking Lot

Please note that except for the November 7 clinic at Garlington Center, all clinics will take place in a medical RV in the parking lot, not inside the building.

Both the booster and the flu shots will be administered by Cascadia's medical leadership and COVID Response Team.

We will be offering updated (bivalent) COVID-19 boosters, which protect against the omicron variant of the virus and are recommended by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for everyone over five years old for whom it has been at least 2 months since their last COVID-19 vaccine dose (booster or primary series vaccination).

When ordering your ticket, pick the hour-long time slot for the date/location that works best for you. Drop in any time during that hour; vaccines will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
