The COVID 19 Pandemic has impacted EVERYONE, and has led to a high degree of burnout and compassion fatigue. You can recognize the signs and take action. There are strategies that you can use to keep your personal flame going and stay mentally well.

Also, as May is Mental Health Awareness Month, please also join us during this time to recognize and celebrate several individuals and groups who have made an impact on mental health in our community.
