Lynn Haven hasn't seen a night like this!
Chef Phillip mastered his craft out on 30A for many years but left behind the long hours to focus more on his family by relocating to Bay County. After much deliberation we were able to get him to agree to come out of his self prescribed early retirement for this one night!
And we have a special artist performing for everyone, Lazy Dreamist (Jose Marquez), will be playing romantic music all evening long!
Your evening begins with your arrival and seating. We recommend semi-formal attire, but it is not required. Your section server will allow you to get comfortable and then will take your drink order. Dinner includes one of Sola's House Wines, Tap or Bottled Beer, or Café Drinks. While we wait for your drinks to arrive, take a look at the Best Self Co. conversation prompt cards we left on the table for you. We encourage you to take turns reading through the cards and both answering the prompts! If you want to get some specific types of cards, check out our Add-On section when purchasing your ticket!
Dinner will begin when all guests are seated! (Except for the late arrivals, there's always someone, right?)
The meal we have prepared for you is three wonderful courses filled with aphrodisiacs' and truly some of the best food you'll find in Lynn Haven.
As we begin, Chef has prepared a Caprese Salad with Cashew Honey Pesto and Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette! It is Oh So Wonderful, you'll absolutely be asking for more, but alas, you have to save room for the Entrée.
As you enjoy the starter, keep sharing in the wonderful conversation, and with the Best Self Prompt Cards, touch on things you may not have in a long time, or ever.
Here comes your Entrée; Chef has prepared for you both a Whiskey Glazed Filet Mignon with Pan Seared Scallops accompanied by Smoked Sweet Potato Puree and Roasted Red Pepper Coulis. Your mouth is watering already, isn't it? And you're only reading about it.
Finally, dessert! I promise you'll never get this anywhere else; Chef has delivered a recipe for romance! The Dark Chocolate Mousse Trifle aloft with his Signature, Prickly Pear Whip! So you haven't had prickly pear before? Perfect, you're going to love it! We did!
Does it have to end already? Sadly that is dinner service completed, but you're welcome to finish off with a nightcap beverage and then continue the romance on your own at home! Turn your phone on Do Not Disturb.
