Nestled on the far Southwest Side of Chicago, Country On Western Music Festival takes place on Western Ave. in the neighborhood of Beverly -- a neighborhood known for it's Irish heritage, traditional values, and blue collar work ethic. COW offers a Country Music experience that can't be found anywhere else on the South Side.
