Home-fermented sauerkraut is brightly colored, crunchy, effervescent, and delicious! High in vitamins C and B, home-fermented sauerkraut is a lovely accompaniment to winter braises, brats and potatoes, and soups. Bring a quart or pint jar and leave with a sauerkraut tailored to your own taste. Children 7+ are welcome as participants.
