Countertop Fermentation: Spring Vegetables

Make bright, colorful sauerkrauts, kimchis, and other fermented vegetables to enliven your meals. You'll make your own ferments in this class, so bring one or two quart jars with lids. Children over 6 are welcome to attend this class. Extensive handout provided.
