This Webinar is for one of Social Innovators for Americans Associations' many Social Innovation (SI) Councils. Our SI Councils are public forums where we invite as many people as possible to listen, share, and learn about many of the complex issues our Nation and the world faces.

This session we will explore how school guidance counselors can mitigate their and their stakeholders biases as they guide students through the complex decision they navigate to stay competitive in a widening achievement gape. What are the challenges they face now and what would they do if they could build and education system from a blank-sheet? What are the challenges of creating a foreground to a student's future career, as they guide their decision-making for student's academic, social and individual lives.
