Couch to 5K Women's Training Program

Our 5K training program can get you ready to run or walk a 5K in just 10 weeks!
The program builds your running skills and confidence to complete your first 5K with motivation and guidance from other women just like you!
Whatever your pace, or level this is the group for you.
Your 10-week training program includes:
- a 10-week training schedule which outlines your daily workouts
- weekly run with a qualified coach to motivate you and answer all your training questions
- weekly motivational emails with your training information and workouts outlined
- a participation t-shirt
- a finisher's medal when you complete the program
Our Spring 2015 program begins on Saturday, April 8th at 8:30am. The first Saturday we will meet at the Darlington Park, Mahwah, New Jersey. Our target race is in Woodcliff Lake on Sunday, June 11 th.
Dana Anello White from Jersey Women Strong will be your head coach! She is a Certified Personal Trainer and USAT Level I Triathlon Coach. She has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, and has competed in numerous triathlons and running events, including Ironman Lake Placid and the Boston, Chicago and Marine Corps Marathons.
Dana is a native of Buffalo, NY and a graduate of the University at Buffalo and Canisius College. When she’s not coaching, she teaches Spinning, functional training and boot camp classes at several area facilities, and conducts one-on-one personal training sessions both in-home and in the community.
