Description

Colorado State University Extension is now offering trainings to acquire a 3-year certification.

Training provides information in:

  • Foods permissable in Colorado's Cottage Food Act.
  • Ingredient labeling requirements.
  • Basic Food Safety including - proper hygiene; preventing cross contamination and cross contact of foods allergens.
  • Temperature control or food preparation.
  • Food storage
  • Transport and sales
  • Special considerations for food preparation at elevation.

Pre-registration required. Registration closes on Oct 9, 2018 at 12:00 pm. No refunds.
