Cosy January Sound Bath by Sally Blyth

Set in a beautiful, circular, sound-proof space with natural light and underfloor heating, just perfect to fully relax and recharge for the week ahead.

Sally Blyth is a fully qualified Sound Practitioner (British Academy of Sound Therapy) with over 14 years experience in the field of sound healing.

Please bring your own yoga or sleeping mat for the event. Feel free to bring along any other items to make you feel comfy and cosy (pillow/bolster; blanket; eye mask). It's also a good idea to bring water. If you don't have access to a suitable mat, please contact me in advance as I may be able to bring one for you.

The venue is fully accessible with free on-site parking. Please contact me if you have any access needs and I will do my best to accommodate.
