Cosmic Dancer: Aerial Exploration
Elevate your aerial flow! Build strength, fluidity & grace as you awaken the Cosmic Dancer within. For seasoned yogis & dancers
Take your Aerial practice to new heights in this workshop designed for intermediate to advanced yoga students. Together, we’ll condition the body through targeted warm-ups and muscle engagement to build strength, endurance, and fluidity. Each session will guide you deeper into intricate postures, inversions, spins, body & mind placement, along with flowing sequences ~ awakening the Cosmic Dancer within.
While open to newer aerial students, this workshop is best suited for those with a strong foundation in floor yoga or dance and free from major injuries.
Pre-requisites
-Comfortable resting in Pigeon and Frog pose
-Ability to hold Dancer pose, Wheel pose, and Plank for 5–10 breaths
Recommended
-No current ankle, knee, or wrist injuries
