Jorge founded MARCA, an independent consultancy that serves for-profit and nonprofit social enterprises in next level growth strategies. Jorge designs a holistic marketing strategy, stakeholder engagement programs, and sustainable earned revenue models to spur growth. He is a trusted advisor to small business leaders, startup founders and nonprofit boards that address issues of Inclusion, Economic Empowerment and Education. Jorge has been a First Movers Fellow since 2014, a program of The Aspen Institute Business & Society Program and he is the Clinical Professor of Marketing at the Bard MBA in Sustainability Program. Robert Rutkoff is the Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility for Guggenheim Partners, the global investment and advisory firm with more than $305 billion in assets under management and 2,300 employees worldwide. In this role he manages the firm’s strategic and philanthropic giving as well as employee community engagement and volunteerism. Robert received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he received the Nathan Gantcher Prize for Social Enterprise, and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Daniel has held the position of Vice President & General Counsel at TerraCycle, Inc. since June 2016 after having spent the previous six years as its Vice President for Global Administration responsible for overseeing the company’s expansion into 20 foreign markets. Prior to joining TerraCycle, Inc., Daniel worked at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington D.C., studying monetary policy. He holds a BA in Government from Cornell University and a JD from the University of Miami (FL) School of Law.
Marcos Salazar (@marcossalazar) is a social entrepreneur, career + life coach, consultant, speaker, and community builder. His passion is working with professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives to help them pursue work they are passionate about, build authentic personal brands, become financially successful, and create lives that make the world a better place. He does this through 1-on-1 coaching, nonprofit and businesses consulting, and on a larger scale as CEO of Be Social Change where he’s built the largest social impact community and professional development hub in New York City.
