Ms. Marsh will explain the basics of the corporate lending market in the US, a crucial component of how companies operate and fund transactions. She will also describe the emergence of the secondary loan market, some of the important provisions in debt financing documentation, and what happens when a corporate borrower is not able to meet its obligations.
